We finish with the homes
Our first residents are in care homes, where every call is recorded and reviewed. That is how we get it right before it reaches your mum or dad.
A person rings you
When family places open we ring you first, in the order people joined, to set things up properly and agree when calls would suit them. They decide for themselves on their own welcome call.
